Apexcode ("we", "us") builds apps that respect your privacy. This policy explains what data our apps collect, how it is used, and your rights. It applies to all apps published by Apexcode.

General Principles

Across all our apps:

• No tracking. We do not track you across apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers.
• No analytics. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.
• No ads. Our apps do not display advertisements.
• No third-party data sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• Your data, your devices. Your data is stored on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to it.

App-Specific Details

Netly — Net Worth Tracker

Data stored on your device

Netly stores your financial data (assets, liabilities, values, categories, tags) and preferences (currency, tax rate, display settings) locally on your device using SwiftData.

iCloud sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. This data is stored in your private CloudKit database — we cannot read, access, or decrypt it. Apple's iCloud security overview describes how your data is protected.

Market data

Netly fetches stock prices and exchange rates from Yahoo Finance. These requests contain only ticker symbols and currency codes — no personal information, user identifiers, or device identifiers are sent.

In-app purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy covers how Apple handles purchase data.

Feedback (optional)

If you choose to send feedback from within the app, you may optionally include your email address and a screenshot. This information is sent to our private issue tracker to help us improve the app. We do not use it for marketing.

Notifications

Netly can send local notifications when background data refreshes complete. These are processed entirely on your device — no data is sent to external servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers (except when voluntarily provided via feedback)
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Health or fitness data
• Contacts, calendars, or photos
• Browsing or search history
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since your data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control. Delete the app to remove local data. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we may also notify users through our apps.
